In honor of their 10th anniversary, 2K Sports is rolling out a special edition package for all the ballers out there. As crazy as I am about the NBA 2K series, with a price tag of $99.99, only the most hardcore of fans (or Kobe Bryant fanatics) will probably want to buy this. I’d be a bit more inclined to buy if a certain #3, *cough* Wade, was the cover athlete. However, it comes with some really cool swag. Digging the locker and fresh design on the poster.
Time for some random facts. As I was browsing around the internet today I happened to come across the complete track listings for the Rock Band and Guitar Hero branded games. The Guitar Hero brand has over 500 songs available from discs and downloads while the Rock Band brand has over 700 songs available via discs and downloads.
Eidos is at it again with the 2nd game in their WWII series: Battlestations Pacific. Just like their 1st game, this game is bound to keep you playing for hours with the many different game modes. You could pick the Japanese Campaign and bomb Pearl Harbor, or the US Campaign and become the hero for your country. In addition to the well-crafted story, the 5 different modes of online play will make this game a must-have. Whether you want to be in control of a submarine, battleship, or kamikaze, this game will be nonstop fun for all ages.

The rumor was started over on Joystiq (as part of a Red’sident Evil 5 bundle), Then it was seen on a inventory listing in a Toy’s ‘R’ Us database, and then it was innocently mentioned in a press release in New Zealand (mentioned over on Kotaku- the press release also said that the red 360 was exclusive at EB games)
