While little has been revealed up until recently, new images have been released for the upcoming shooter due out early next year, called Brink.  When the teaser trailer was first released, there was a lot of speculation over what exactly was brewing behind the doors at Splash Damage.  Taking place on a floating man made city called the Ark, Brink revolves around the story of two warring factions fighting for control of the island.  Squad based mechanics will play a large role in the gameplay, hopefully with co-op mode supporting up to 4 players.  Their will be two storyline campaigns, which I’m assuming will take place from each side of the warring factions.

As you can see from the gallery below, the game looks fantastic.  Everything appears to have a very high level of detail and polish.  Arguably one of the better, if not best, looking games that will be released in the coming months.
