If you’re one of the, um… zero people that still plays Def Jam: Icon on Xbox Live, listen up! EA plans to shut down online support for a few of it’s older titles. If you play any EA games more than around two years old, you might want to check this list of Xbox and Xbox 360 titles that will soon be losing any online capabilities. Read on to see the list of games being killed off.

March 16, 2010 Online Service Shutdown
Def Jam: Icon (Xbox 360)
The Godfather (Xbox 360)
Lord of the Rings: Conquest (Xbox 360)
The Simpsons Game (Xbox 360)

April 15, 2010 Online Service Shutdown
Battlefield 2: Modern Combat for (Xbox)
Burnout 3: Takedown for (Xbox)
Madden NFL 09 for (Xbox)

 

The April 15th service shutdowns are due to the complete elimination of LIVE support on the Original Xbox, and are expected. Do you know any one that still plays these games?
