While Microsoft’s Connect program has certainly gotten some renewed attention as of late, it seems that some users of the site are now receiving invitations to the “Xbox Live and Kinect Beta Program.”
Despite Microsoft having offered several preview programs in the past, it’s unclear as to whether this program will be open to a small batch of users, or a larger user base as they sometimes do. Also unknown is how (or if) the new Kinect hardware will be incorporated into the beta.
