What looked to be the finest Kinect based experience coming to Xbox Live Arcade is now ditching the download store and going straight to retail.  The Gunstringer will be Twisted Pixel’s first retail title ever with Microsoft Game Studios now known as just Microsoft Studios publishing.  According to Twisted Pixel’s game director Josh Bear, many important people at Microsoft including Steve Balmer himself saw the game in action months ago and wanted to bring it to store shelves.  The extra help from Microsoft will make The Gunstringer an even more ambitious game with plenty of content and variety.  Look out for The Gunstringer coming exclusively to Kinect for Xbox 360 this September.
