What’s that? You want more? You’re in luck! Along with a new, constantly updating stream of Rock Band Network DLC, Rock Band Music Store DLC will still be updated on a weekly basis, while Guitar Hero still gets it’s (now rather flimsy looking) 3 songs per week. So… what’s comin’ next week?

Yea, you read that right! With today’s suprise launch of the Rock Band Network, over 100 new songs have been added for your enjoyment. This is the largest DLC content release at a single time for any videogame to date.
From big to small, bands of all sizes can now have their songs added to Rock Band for everyone to enjoy, and if you have a band and would like to add your own music to Rock Band, just head on down to creators.rockband.com, and download the necessary tools! Soon, your own music could be playable in Rock Band.

Soul legend and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Otis Redding will make his Rock Band debut Tuesday, according to Harmonix. Five tracks, including the iconic “Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay”, will be available for 160 MSP each, or bundled for 680 MSP.

Start saving your money cause ‘10 is looking to be heating up already. Sequels seem to be the theme for next year but, I’m ready for some Batman: Arkham Asylum 2. If they drop a collector’s edition, I can’t wait to see what they throw in. I vote for a rappelling gun.
