Remember how we were looking for writers? Well, that was just the beginning. Starting today, we’re announcing the new Xbox 360 Digest. Featuring a brand new user-friendly interface, we want to be your source for all things Xbox. In addition to an easier navigation structure, you can now tip us on news, see what’s new on our live Marketplace feed, and search our site in a new search interface. Better yet, it’s all available on our front page at Xbox360Digest.com.

In addition to the new design, we’ll also be making some “programming changes.” Our New Releases segment will be starting up weekly again (on Tuesdays), and we’ll also start bringing you the popular “Deals of the Week” segment earlier in the week, on Mondays.  In addition to these regular features, look for our coverage of Microsoft’s upcoming Kinect and Windows Phone 7 to increase, as well as our developer interviews. Even better, all of these topics are now easily accessibly from our front page.

What about those elusive giveaways, you ask? Starting this weekend, we’ll have a new contest for you featuring a double prize. So, stay tuned, because the best is yet to come.

With the increasing amount of industry partnerships and Xbox-exclusive bonus content, it has become clear that the Xbox 360 is at the leading edge of the video games industry. Add a recently-updated console and the release of Kinect later this year, and Microsoft has certainly shown their strength in the market. That being said, there’s an ever-increasing amount of news in the industry, and we need your help covering it.

At present, we’re primarily looking for news writers, but we are constantly expanding all facets of our team when necessary. This week we’re in Los Angeles at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, and we’re bringing it to you live! From product unveilings to hands-on of the latest games, we’ve got it all.  Any posts that start with “X3D @ E3 2010:” will be live reports coming to you straight from the show. This will include press conferences, interviews, booth tours, and anything else that we can find worthy of posting.

We’ve also set up Xbox360Digest.com/E3 to help filter our exclusive content from the show. From the press briefings to the booth tours, look straight to us for all of your E3 news.

Next week we’ll be celebrating our 1-year launch anniversary. While we have several things planned for the occasion, the first thing we wanted to do was find a way to help interact with our community.
